Lalita is a Pilates and movement instructor with a background in yoga and mindful conditioning, specialising in Pilates-based training that supports the unique needs of young dancers. Her work focuses on developing strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness in a safe, structured, and age-appropriate way. 
With a strong understanding of the physical demands of dance training, Lalita helps students build the underlying strength and control needed to support their technique and reduce the risk of injury. Her classes are designed to complement dance training, not add strain, and place particular emphasis on healthy alignment, core stability, and efficient movement patterns.
Lalita brings experience teaching group classes and is known for her calm, supportive, and encouraging teaching style. She takes care to work with students as individuals within the group, offering clear guidance and modifications where needed. Parents can feel confident that their children are being guided thoughtfully, with a focus on building strong physical foundations that support both current training and long-term physical wellbeing — in dance and beyond.
