July 29, 20252025 South Island Ballet Awards

We are thrilled to share that 9 of our fabulous students reached the semi-finals, with Pippa, Ming, Bonnie, Josephine, Frances and George progressing through to the finals. All of our finalists were awarded scholarships from various dance schools - an incredible achievement!
A special congratulations to our talented George, who was awarded the Yvette Palmer Memorial Award.
We are extremely proud of every student who took part. You were a true testament to SBT and all that we stand for - passion, dedication, and grace.
A big thank you to Miss Amanda, Miss Antoinette, Miss Holly, Miss Katie, Miss Sarah, Miss Sophie, and Mr Tasman for all their hard work and the extra hours they put in to help and support our dancers. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!
